Task Resource Planner (TRP)

Task Resource Planner is a SQL based manufacturing floor control system. Designed to work with work centers and touch screens. TRP schedules each required task through multiple routes and work centers. Each work center is assigned its ‘Task’ to complete. Every task is scheduled at the work center to ensure all processes are in synchronization. Labor rates, capacity , cost are easily associated with various tasks.

TRP calculates the due date through every work center.  Using lead-time and capacity TRP uses powerful algorithms to calculate the dates at every work center to ensure all tasks are completed when they are needed to be completed.

Moving employees from one work center to another is a breeze. Move employees from one work center to a another with the click of a mouse button. Tasks requirements and lead-times are automatically updated when capacity is changed by head count in a work center
